Selectboard present: Paul Fraser (Chair), Andy Coyne, Lexa Clark, Judith Flower, Joel Bluming
Called to order 1630.
Entered Executive Session for the purpose of dealing with a personnel matter at 1631.
Exited executive session at 1705.
Motioned to suspend the employee without pay, except that he can draw his vacation and personal time.
Motion made by Clark and 2nd by Flower. Passed unanimously.
His supervisor will schedule a pre-termination interview as soon as possible.
Motion to adjourn by Clark, 2nd by Coyne.
