Board of Civil Authority – Town of Jamaica, Vermont

The Board of Civil Authority is made up of the Town Clerk, Selectboard, and Justices of the Peace. As the BCA, members act as election officials, maintain the Town’s voter checklist, and hear Property Tax Assessment Appeals.
