Information Meeting about Alternatives to the Transfer Station Trash Bags

WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

Want to help improve the Transfer Station?  Come to the informational meeting as the Select Board considers other options to cover the costs of Pay as You Throw (PAYT) at the transfer station.

We welcome members of the Jamaica Community to join the Select Board at their next regular meeting on Monday, January 26^th, at 7:00pm in the Jamaica Town Office, located at 28 Town Office Road.

Discussions will center around the explorations of other options such as stickers, punch cards, and tokens.  We also welcome any other ideas that may come from the community.

We have heard a lot of complaints about the bags, and this is an opportunity to voice your opinions and have your voices heard.

Monday, January 26^th, at 7:00pm in the Jamaica Town Office, located at 28 Town Office Road.
