Act 181 Information

nformation Concerning Act 181 — Revisions to Act 250

The Vermont State Legislature has passed Act 181 which amends Act 250 and greatly expands the impact of Act 250. In an effort to be sure that the citizens of Jamaica are informed about these changes, and how they impact landowners generally in our town, we will be including updates and information at selectboard meetings going forward. We will also be sharing information from the state, the newly created Land Use Review Board, and private citizens on the town website.
