NEW Traffic and Parking Ordinance

This ordinance was adopted on August 8, 2022. It will take effect on October 7, 2022, unless a petition signed by at least five percent of the voters of Jamaica is filed with the Town Clerk by September 22, 2022, asking for a vote to disapprove. If a petition is received, the Jamaica Selectboard will warn a Special Meeting and the voters may vote on that question. 24 V.S.A. § 1973.
